# Edit or Delete Tagging Policies You can delete a tagging policy or edit the policy name at any time. You can't edit tags that are used in policies. {% hint style="warning" %} Deleted policies cannot be restored. {% endhint %} ### Editing or deleting tagging policies To edit or delete a tagging policy: 1. Navigate to the **Tagging policies** page. 2. Select the policy you want to manage. The details page of the policy opens:
