You can access the platform using the Sign In option at the upper right on this help page, or using this link: https://portal.finops.softwareone.com/.

Do you offer a trial period for FinOps for Cloud?

When you place an order for a FinOps for Cloud subscription, you’ll automatically receive a 30-day trial at no cost.

You’ll be notified via email 7 days before your trial ends, so you have time to decide whether to continue.

If you want to extend your trial period, contact Marketplace Platform Support.

Which cloud providers can be monitored through FinOps for Cloud?

Currently, we support Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure data sources.

Who receives notifications for quotas, budgets, and other functionalities?

Notification emails are sent to individuals who have opted to receive alerts.

These notifications can be managed from the Settings page. For more information, see Manage Email Notifications.

Can I download data from FinOps for Cloud?

You can download your resources, charts, and lists of users in various formats depending on the type of data.

• To download your charts, use the Export chart option on the Resources page. The charts will be downloaded as PNG files.

• To download your list of users, go to the User Management page and use the Download option. You can choose to download the list in either XLSX spreadsheet format or JSON format.

• For your Cost Explorer data, you can download it as a PDF by selecting the Download option on the Cost Explorer page.

Can I rename my FinOps for Cloud organization?

You can rename your organization from the Settings page in FinOps for Cloud. Only Organization managers can update the name.
